Returns: Claims for damaged/missing goods must be made within 7 days. General returns subject to pre-approval. If approved, products must be in resalable condition. 25% restocking charge based on order total will apply. Customer pays return postage.
Shipping: Shipping charges are not included in price. USPS priority mail will be used unless otherwise requested. No COD orders accepted. Free shipping on orders over $200.00 USD.
Delivery: Orders will be processed within 7-10 business days depending on inventory. SarahBear's Cards & Creations will contact customer for substitutions if inventory is not available. Special Orders require 1-2 month lead time and 50% deposit.
Payment Terms: All orders must be prepaid with a valid credit card through Paypal. Charges will apply at the time of shipping, except for deposits on Special Orders. If paying by check, order will be shipped once funds have cleared. Returned check fee is $25.00. SarahBear's Cards & Creations has the right to change terms. Reasonable notice will be given. SarahBear's Cards & Creations has the right to deny credit at any time. Orders over $500.00 require a 50% deposit to be charged.
